First thing you should know is, I do enjoy my work, from the inspection process to the client interaction. You will be given the information you need to make an educated decision on your purchase. We have performed many different types of inspections on both commercial and residential properties. We follow all guidelines set forth by the Texas Real Estate commission "Standards of practice". We educate our client's on any items noted in our reports for full understanding. We provide quality photos in every inspection. All reports are completed same day in all residential inspections and a digital copy will be emailed to you and your realtor. If you are present at time of completion, you will also receive a hard copy in a folder with all your information.
